My favorite childhood book is The Rainbow Fish by Marcus Pfister.

My secret talent is my green thumb!
Who was your favorite teacher in Elementary School and Why?
My 2nd grade teacher, Ms. Mann, was my favorite teacher. She always tried to incorporate our interests in her lessons and made school so much fun!
What is your favorite thing about teaching?
My favorite thing about teaching is the ‘lightbulb’ moments. I love when something finally clicks for a student after working so hard on a new concept.
What is your favorite subject to teach and why?
My favorite subject to teach is reading. I enjoy working through it together and finding creative ways to help students succeed, and love how many doors it opens to other subjects and learning opportunities.
