Willow provides Early Childhood Education (ECE) options for 3-year-olds and 4-year-olds.
ECE ONLY: If your child is going to be attending ECE-3 or ECE-4 in the fall, there are several forms you will need to complete. You will also need to have a health appraisal completed by your child’s doctor. You must submit the health appraisal by Monday, September 14th, or your child will be temporarily unable to attend school until this form is received.
