My favorite childhood book is Wind in the Willows.

I’m a good fly fisherwomen.
Who was your favorite teacher in Elementary School and Why?
Ms. Newby my 3rd grade teacher was my favorite. She really cared for me and made me feel special.
What is your favorite thing about teaching?
My favorite part about teaching is connecting on a deep level with children and being part of their academic and social growth.
What is your favorite subject to teach and why?
My favorite subject to teach is literacy because literature is the key to understanding our world and learning about other’s beliefs. It can create peace and garner deep worldly understanding.
Why are you excited to be a part of the Willow family?
I’m excited to be part of the Willow family because the community is supportive to students and their staff is excited to be part of changing the world by touching the lives of children.
