My favorite childhood book is The Little House on the Prairie by Laura Ingalls Wilder. I loved her stories so much because they gave me a glimpse into what life was like back then. It really sparked my interest in history and made me want to learn more about the past.

What is your secret talent?

My secret talent is that I love playing music! Growing up, I played the piano, the clarinet, and the cello. It’s something I’d love to get back into!

What is your favorite thing about teaching?

My favorite part of teaching is asking questions together and exploring the world through shared experiences. It helps students become curious, confident learners who see learning as a lifelong journey.

What is your favorite subject to teach and why?

My favorite subject is reading. It opens up a way to connect with others, share different perspectives, and dive into meaningful discussions that help us reflect on our world.
