I can sleep anywhere.
 
What is your favorite thing about teaching?
I love getting to know the students personalities and watching them succeed, especially when they thought they couldn’t!
 
What is your favorite subject to teach and why?
Art, of course! I enjoy watching students push themselves out of their comfort zones, embrace the possibility of failure, and discover solutions to their challenges. Through the artistic process, students build resilience and perseverance. For many students (and adults!) it’s scary to make mistakes or share things you’ve made. I strive to create a space where we work to accept ourselves and encourage others.
